Shipping
We use the United States Postal Service (USPS) to ship orders. Orders are shipped within 24 hours of a cleared payment.
Please note that we only ship Monday through Friday, so if you order on a weekend it will be shipped Monday morning. Your shipment is prepared over the weekend. USPS Priority Mail generally takes up to 4 business days to arrive.
Please note that we only ship to the United States at this time. Canada and United Kingdom shoppers - please check back again soon.
Return Policy
Returns will only be accepted under the following conditions:
1. Product is unopened. If the seal on the box has any tampering, it is considered to be opened.
2. Product is shipped back within 7 business days of delivery.
3. Customer has a valid RMA number.
Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. If your return satisfies the conditions above, you will receive a refund less the shipping & handling costs.
We offer a 30 day limited warranty on all our products. If your product turns out to be defective, you may return it for a replacement (same item only). All replacements are sent via USPS First Class Mail. Expedited services available by request for an additional charge.
Cancellations
Once an order is placed, it is prepared for shipment. An order can be canceled until it is marked as "Processed" or "Shipped". Once your order has been processed, there is a 15% cancellation fee. Once your order has been marked shipped, the order cannot be canceled.
Price Adjustments
Unfortunately, we are unable to provide price adjustments or price matching at this time. We apologize for the inconvenience.
